Taboo?
What is considered a taboo changes according to who you ask.
Taboos are dependent upon culture, religion, age range and of course social environments.
In normal society, the whole BDSM culture seems taboo. But even inside of the BDSM scene, taboos exist and these fetishes are even more marginalized.
I strongly believe that no subject should be taboo or forbidden. We should be able to face our strangest and darkest desires. Observe it closely and talk about it. Everything else is suppression and makes the initial desire only stronger.
Of course not every fetish is there to be acted out. Those fetishes that may be damaging your body or psyche in the long-term should remain a fantasy. For all other desires counts: As long as everyone implied is a consenting, conscious adult, even the weirdest fetishes may be lived out!
Let´s talk a little more about age play. The younger the fictive age in age play, the more taboo it gets. But the term itself says it: It´s not real, it is about the play! It can actually be very liberating to embody a younger age role. You can speak freely, ask for love and help without shame, act spontaneously and feel innocent and pure. I don´t think that age play is only arousing. Scientist like Bauer even found that Age Play can help you process your childhood and youth memories.
What´s your favourite age and role to embody or see someone else embody?
