I am wearing a white doctor´s coat with not much below it and look down at my patient who is encased in a tight straitjacket. I start by examining his throbbing dick and decide to insert sounds into his urethra. After applying disinfectant I slowly push the first metal rod deep inside his dick. I smile as I watch his reactions and insert a second sound next to the first, stretching him further. I clamp my little finger between the two metal rods and keep pushing it down to the glans, to spread his hole even more. Two sounds are already sticking in his pisshole, but I want more. I penetrate him with a third sound and fuck him with all three rods at once, sliding them in all the way with relish. To crown it all, I gab a thicker and larger curved sound and slowly push it deep into his stretched dick. My patient is squirming and enjoying, as I take complete control over his dick.
